Is anyone else getting a significant number of customers asking for their latte/flat white/cappuccino with extra milk?
Some of them seem to want... cold milk in their latte? Some seem to think a latte only comes half full?

I’ve had a few people ask for this, when I ask questions to clarify what they want they almost always end up just saying make it normal. I still am not entirely sure what they want.

Less foam maybe? As far the extra milk thing. Cuz like flat whites and caps are quite fluffy
