Asking Starbucks to withhold X out of each check? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I posted in the siren safe page fb group, sort of lamenting that Bux doesn’t withhold taxes unless your checks are over $500 (found that out the hard way) but, an ex partner commented and said that while that’s true , there was a place either on the hub or my partner info they thought , where you could enter a specific dollar amount to be withheld from each check. (Not allowances).
They were an ex partner, so couldn’t go in to check if they could find it.
I was wondering if anyone knew if this was a thing?

Yes. There is a line on the w4 for extra withholding.

So they would withhold regardless if I had the $500 min?

Yes. That's an additional amount that gets withheld, regardless of check size.
