You’re missing the point. This one is dated for tomorrow. So either 1. it was dated wrong, 2. it was dated two weeks ago and they somehow haven’t used an entire pumps worth of WM in two weeks or 3. the picture is old.

Your manager is right. It's just a bad habit for a lot of baristas. If QASA came in you could technically get marked down for improper dating.
