Not starbucks related but I once accidentally did this to a customer when I was a server. A gal asked what drinks I had that were clear and diet, and I was so thrown off by the question I legit just went “uh, water?” She was unamused. Her husband thought it was hysterical at least though.

I was asked if we had sugar free honey. And they didn't want sugar free cinnamon dolce because they wanted less sugar. They also order a tall drink in a venti cup, filled to the top with whip. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
