So my district has been out of most everything all week due to trucks being really behind from bad weather earlier in the week. So for the last few days we’ve been running without chai, strawberry açaí/inclusions, all paninis, almost all loaves, and worst of all WHITE MOCHA. The amount of people who have yelled at me this week because there is no white mocha within a 20 mile radius has been unbearable. BUT, I will say, not having to make a single tik tok drink this week has been like a small present being sent to the middle of hell.

My entire district went through a crazy time. Started in December. Distribution center had an outbreak and were short on drivers. Running at 20% capacity. Things are finally getting back to normal. But imagine having absolutely NO pastries for weeks in December. We barely just got bagels back this week. We ran out of iced teas, chai, matcha, you name it. Glad that’s over. You’ll get through it (:
