I’m not totally sure, but 99% positive this is a conflict of interest and against Starbucks policy.

No you can’t. It’s a conflict of interest and the details are in the partners guide which you should have had to sign and acknowledgement form for that stated you understood the companies policies. If you just do it and keep your mouth shut about it I’m sure you could just do it without anyone noticing and if someone does you can just play dumb about it and leave one or the other I’m sure no one would even care

i did it but i didn’t tell anyone, but i also worked days at coffee bean and overnights at starbucks so it wasn’t too hard to keep them separate. just awkward when people ask where your other job is and you can’t tell them. i wouldnt recommend it. also it is against policy, and it goes both ways, coffee bean kinda hates starbucks lol.

I don’t know. It’s a competitor and I while I don’t think Starbucks made us sign a non compete it could be seen as conflict of interest.
