I was directed to the ADP website by my old SM and by the partner connections hot line. And it says it has no record of me?

You needed to opt in for electronic delivery and I think cutoff was 12/28. If you didn’t opt in then you will be mailed a physical form.

PRSC doesn’t text things as far as I know? They walk you step by step through resetting a password if that’s what you need (I have a few times). It sounds to me like you didn’t opt in for electronic delivery and you can keep an eye out for a mailed form. If your address is the same as when you onboarded it will go there.

Same thing. If you never opted in to electronic delivery it will be mailed to last address they had on file for you. If that is not your current address and don’t have mail forwarding call PRSC right away 1 - 888 SBUX 411

I called that number and they just texted me the same log in, and then hung up. :/ they have my address!
