As a barista for Starbucks and a driver for door dash I would say your store needs to contact Uber and report him. Because you are NEVER supposed to go back/confront a merchant or customer it’s ground for termination.

I wasn’t there, but I’m wondering if the neck cutting motion was his way of telling you he has a damaged throat and the talking too much was him trying to show he cant talk too much.
I’ve been around some non verbal kids and customers and it’s bit like charades sometimes.
But his actions should totally be reported because of his follow up actions. He definitely disturbed the ‘third place’ and just like any other person throwing a fit in a store that’s no good.
