No. The top shows midriff and it will be visible from the back of your apron. The cardigan is too patterned as well and the loose sleeves are gonna get in your way while working.

Of course! I think on your first day or even before your manager should give u a sheet w the dress code. They want us to stick w a lot of darker colors like blue, grey black so the apron is the focal point. Also I try not to wear clothes i like bc I will always end up w mocha or a coffee stain on myself at some point in my shift lol.

That cardigan is so cute but I cannot imagine trying to bar in it. But no I don’t think the top is in dress code. When In doubt, send a picture to a supervisor or sm and they’ll let you know

Tip for hair as well: I used to use dry shampoo and then blow out my hair to get the coffee smell out if I did not want to wash it.

take the look book with a grain of salt as it is out of date. t-shirts are allowed and the piercings policy has changed as well. not sure what else

Also some things really depend on your SM. Look book says no starwars socks but if I show up with cool socks and I don't show my boss he gets sad😂 for the first like month stay according to book with dresscode and then kinda see how others dress to get a feel of what's okay at your store

yeah for sure. people at my store wear lululemon athletic pants and it’s allowed. they’re basically joggers but look professional enough for my SM.

I just started too, I wear black scrubs for pants because they're more comfortable than jeans and I have some black polo shirts that I found in the uniform section at JCP (dont forget to get comfortable shoes)

unfortunately I don’t think either are in dress code (but they look cute af, don’t ruin them at Starbucks anyway lol) my favorite go to for a funky sort of look is a black pair of black overalls and a white turtle neck!
