hi everyone! can i add my bank info so i can get paid through my own laptop or does it have to be at work? and if so can someone help me please? i’m newer and wasn’t able to have my info ready the day i did my paperwork. and does anyone know how i can request time off for an appointment? thank you so much!!!

All changes in my partner info (like direct deposit) need to be done on a starbucks device. All requests off are done through the Starbucks partner hours program (formerly known as teamworks). This can be accessed through the partner hub- partner.starbucks.com, link for partner hours on the left, your manager can also get you instructions to download the app.
All of this is only relevant if you are in a company operated store in the US.

I know for a fact that I did it from home, I just accessed my partner info from the hub and see that I can’t change it from my personal device at home but I know I initially did it from home, probably through a series of onboarding emails I received. There’s no room at all for us to conduct personal business at our store. Our SM barely has a closet and we can’t sit in the cafe rn
