All changes in my partner info (like direct deposit) need to be done on a starbucks device. All requests off are done through the Starbucks partner hours program (formerly known as teamworks). This can be accessed through the partner hub- partner.starbucks.com, link for partner hours on the left, your manager can also get you instructions to download the app.
All of this is only relevant if you are in a company operated store in the US.

I know for a fact that I did it from home, I just accessed my partner info from the hub and see that I can’t change it from my personal device at home but I know I initially did it from home, probably through a series of onboarding emails I received. There’s no room at all for us to conduct personal business at our store. Our SM barely has a closet and we can’t sit in the cafe rn
