i started about three weeks ago. can someone remind me what i’m eligible for? things were only mentioned once on my first day.
** health insurance — in 3 months??
** free drinks and one food item daily
** 30% off
** Spotify? is there a place to put in my partner number on the site?
** what about the counseling stuff? do i qualify now? how does it work? (i need therapy very much right now)
** stock - do i need to do anything now? like log on to fidelity or wait until i’m there longer?

Yes. Health care will be available to you in 90 days.

Free drinks during/ 30 minutes before/after your shift.

You also get 1 free drink and food item on days you’re not working. It’s a covid benefit.

1 lb of coffee or box of via a week.

You are eligible to use Lyra. It’s a site that can provide counseling. You get 20 free sessions a year and they reset in October. You’re also eligible for Headspace Premium which is an app that you can use to meditate or destress.

Stock you should be able to enroll in once open enrollment opens. Yes you would log into fidelity. I believe open enrollment starts March 1.

Free drinks during work??????? I heard that was the case pre pandemic. At my store, everyone uses their markout during their shift and just get the one drink. While that's fine, I could drink SO many in a day! And I was curious about this

Yes. We’re allowed drinks during our shift. You have to mark them out though. I mean unless something changed that I don’t know about we are.

yes. in alabama. we get as many drinks as we want. one food item per day.

heads up, if you sign up for spotify premium, they take $8 out of your paycheck for it. so keep an eye out for that

You should have gotten a huge printed paper packet explaining all the benefits to you so if you didn’t you should ask your manager for that printout.
