My old store also had a partner like that, before the pandemic hit. She was quite young and inexperienced, and might’ve had a particular lifestyle where she didn’t need to do too much work. She was out from work for about two months before her parents wrote to us that she wouldn’t be working for her. Completely forgotten about that, and it does make me sad, mostly because she was definitely a nice person and very friend with partners/staff, but didn’t have the right mindset on getting tasks done.

UPDATE ON THIS: This has become a store wide problem. My manager met with all the SSVs to discuss this partners behavior.
