This woman comes in every once and a while and asks for a cup of caramel drizzle. We put some in a sample cup. I hand her her drink and the sample cup and she says she needs it in a closed cup. I pour the caramel from the sample cup to a short cup with a lid. When I hand her that, she asks if I poured the caramel from the sample cup to the short cup and I said yes (should have lied and said no). She than proceeds to say and I quote “it touched the air that’s not sanitary I need a new cup of caramel”. I try to stay calm as she’s already holding up the whole drive line and get my manager asking wtf we should do cause in the first place we shouldn’t be honoring giving out cups of caramel. Cause of dumbass customer connections or whatever we give they woman ANOTHER cup of caramel that hasn’t been exposed to air apparently XD. The women thanks me and I ignore her cause honestly fuck some of these entitled ass customer.
