This is going to be interesting. Weekends are usually pretty crazy for us starting on Friday. I want to start a tally of people driving away in frustration.
We already didn't get our truck last week so we're out of a laundry list of things. This is quite the cherry on top.
It's also interesting to see how many people have no idea what they're drinking. "I see you can't make espresso... but can I get a white mocha?"

I definitely understand you on the third point there. A few weeks ago we had someone working on our espresso machine, so we couldn't use it at all. The first customer who came by reassured us that her drink didn't require espresso. She then proceeded to order an Americano.
