If this happens at my store we then like to drizzle mocha on ourselves. Gives the guests a real sense for how sad we are inside.

Once I spilled mocha all over my apron and was on DT, and got a few stares from customers, but my favorite was when a customer came through and said I looked like a bloody axe murderer :)

When I worked at bucks My co worker...who looks like Bob marley....was preparing to send some vanilla bean to another store.(this was when it was first introduced). We were tossing him some not realizing one of the bags had a small cut from the box cutter. It landed and white powder all over his face..then a cop walks in and goes...its too early for this, I'll pretend I dont see that coke. (Of course we knew he was joking he was a regular)
