Mine has been outright abusive towards me for almost a year now. And the company hasn't given a sickle fuck about it do she finally won - my last day is the 5th.

PREACH. For the first year I worked at my store, the store manager was a manipulative liar. She would literally gas light us into thinking we were in the wrong for the way we were scheduled. We finally went to the DM about her and she ended up just quitting lol but we got a new manager back in August and I cannot explain how amazing she is. A good manager really does make so much of a difference. It sounds obvious but we had no idea what it was like to be verbally appreciated by a manager. Like the first time she told us we were doing a good job, we just kind of stood there like “uh. Are you..lying? Firing me??”
