That's a new oven

The same thing happened to us! One of the doors broke and we were given one from a recently closed licensed store nearby. I swear that thing had ancient frescoes of egg bites and grilled cheeses permanently etched into its ugly, brown, greasy maw.

Since then, we’ve been upgraded to the new touchscreen ones. They’re faster, but they sound like angry heart monitors and they’re a bitch to clean properly.

Bonus points if it isn’t done cooling down yet and you’re way too impatient for that

I hate them. It’s impossible to clean them well with what we’ve got that’s approved. I try using an old sight glass brush under the door plate, but it barely gets the grime out.

By not using them in the first place.
