Lemonade refrigerated? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I’ve always been taught lemonade was 2 days refrigerated. Stores I go to have prepped lemonade out all day. Is this the standard or does it not matter?

Standard for lemonade is refrigerated, 48 hrs. Some things like peach and guava have an ambient temperature shelf life, but not lemonade.... should be refrigerated at all times. Stores leave it out for ease of use.

I just came from a store with baristas that leave their in use gallon milk jugs out on the counter. Drove me crazy.

To be fair it’s easy to grab and use when we have a flow of orders. Just grabbing milk from next to you as opposed to having to go back in the fridge 10 times every second is annoying.

I guess I’m just a stickler for keeping the milk at an appropriate temp.
