I was told it’s under Retail Resource tab on partner hub but I can’t see it.

You can only find it on a store computer. Not at home (just in case that’s your situation)

I see “Company/Social/Career Journey/Benefits/Resources” on the navigation tab but nothing for Retail Resource. Not sure where else to look and I already called the SBUX partner line.
