The covid coach says you can’t work if you are in close contact, such as living with, anyone who tested positive. Unless they updated that super recently, which would be stupid. You’re supposed to isolate for 10 days and be tested (4-5 days in is a much more accurate result).
I highly recommend getting tested again soon. It’s unlikely you won’t contract it if you live with covid positive individuals, unfortunately, unless you’re somehow able to isolate from them completely.

Contact your local health department to find out what the local guidelines are. They will be able to tell you what to do based on your situation. It will depend on whether you can isolate from the positive person or not. You may be able to go back in 7 days with a negative test. You may have to quarantine for the full 10 days. You may even need to quarantine for longer than 10 days. If they suggest you also quarantine any length of time they will garnish you an official order to quarantine. Starbucks is not allowed to go against that. They have to abide by the health departments guidelines or there are legal repercussions, since it's a public health issue. I had to go through this and in my order to quarantine it stated I would be fined and legal action taken against me if I did not follow it and stay home. I do not know if Starbucks is still paying anyone to quarantine, however paid or unpaid they are legally obligated to abide by any order of quarantine from the health department. You can also get an order from a Doctor. All situations are different so there's multiple ways it can play out, however Starbucks cannot go against a quarantine order.
