we have been getting calls all day asking about the spring launch and what time we open so they can line up and if we got new merch in. i don’t understand the obsession. also, can people please stop posting the new drinks before the launch? we’ve had 5 people ask for the brown sugar drink today and we have to deny them!!! why are you giving this company free exposure

I don’t think the line drawing of the siren or the gradient see through cups are bad but I always go for the unpopular, non-cold cup “ugly” merch anyways (like I’m probably 1/1000 that like the orange hot mug from the spring launch). The honeycomb is a little overrated imo.

My store closed for covid a weel before the spring launch. We reopened yesterday and it was so nice to walk in at 7 and not see cleared shelves. I dont think i had anyone buy more than 2 cups.

I wish people would stop leaking cups. We have people calling months before launch bothering us about it or telling me how they line up at 5am when my location opens at 8. It would be nice if we didn’t have to stop and answer calls so much.

our store is a tester so we don’t get cups and we have had oatmilk for a long while now. the daily calls are annoying because we have NEVER gotten cups besides occasional cold reusable ones and the state cups. can’t wait to tell people we don’t have any

we’ve had oat milk here in canada for a few months now but it’s just the brown sugar drinks that i’ve seen all over social media
