Not bad at all!! Always groom the milk before pouring tho: Firmly tap the pitcher of steamed milk on the counter to get the large bubbles to pop, and then swirl the pitcher to get the smaller bubbles out. Then pour. Works for me every single time, even if aerating the milk doesn't go so well.

just make sure you groom the milk after! lots of tapping and swirling. pour the milk with the cup tilted, and slowly pour while tilting the cup back and sit it on the bar. ur making beautiful progress! keep up the good work

A little too bubbly to be a flat white and the dot should be smoother foam. Otherwise not bad.

When you raise the wand to steam the surface do it ever so slightly. Like for less than a second. One you hear paper ripping sounds put it down. When your milk is done you need to bang the pitcher against the counter and get the bubbles out. It should look glossy and like wet paint. When you pour the milk in do it slowly. I tip the cup and pour down the side. once I start to see white I stop straighten the cup and pour slowly in the middle to create the dot. The foam texture should be like microfiber.

Aerate less... like almost not at all. And don't splash into the espresso when you first start to pour, it makes bubbles. Tilt the cup to start if you have to.
