the worst thing for me is sometimes they’re watching me like a hawk and make me remake the drink just for me to call out the name and the drink ISNT EVEN THEIRS

That's literally happened to me before. He was telling me no don't put that in and that doesn't have espresso in it and I was just ignoring him because like what the f*** are you doing let me make the drinks its my job lmao

ya that’s really annoying but unfortunately there isn’t too much you can do about people like that.. today I’ll admit I put decaf in some people’s drinks just out of spite for this kind of thing and smiled my face off when I handed out their drink
