-umm..venti:)
“Okay what else”
-and can I get that with almond milk?
“yes definitely what else for you”
- can you add 2 shots to that?
“Yes i sure can. Did you want to keep the whip?”
- oh no thank you
“Okay is that going to be all today?”
- can I also get a bacon gouda?
“Yes. What else?”
- can you take the egg off please?
“Yes of course. Is that gonna be it?”
- yes
All of that can be
- Hi can I have a Venti Iced White Mocha with Almond Milk, 5 Shots, and No whipped Cream?
“Yes definitely, can i get ya anything else?”
- yes a bacon gouda with no egg
“Okay perfect, your total is ___”
This is lighthearted but I really don’t get it when customers drag out their orders and make me hold their hand through it. Like tell me what u want. I have a window to cash out. We can chit chat up when u get here.

omg yes this drives me insane because i’m always trying to do something else while they’re ordering so when they order slow i have to go to the pos and start punching it in bc i’ll forget. but if they would’ve just spit out the whole drink i could’ve started it while they were ordering and then punched it in on my way back to the window sigh (also i only solo bar/window lol)

Actually, being new to all the order screens, the first way would work for me. Rn I'm the one dragging it out, repeating their order while I find those buttons or give up and do an ask me
