Also transferring to a store in a college town can be tough. The sooner you transfer, the easier to into the exact store you want. I would transfer ASAP. So many people I know were miserable at their stores and waited to transfer. Once they did, their biggest regret wasn’t transferring sooner. The process took a few weeks for me but it was SO worth it.
