How to Transfer? (self.starbucksbaristas)

So I’ve been having lots of problems with my store manager. My Hours had been more than cut in half from 29.5 to 16. My store manager never communicated why she was doing this too me. As a result, I went out and got a second job. My hours have once again been cut to 12 hours a week. I make more at the second job, but I really like Starbucks and the perks. How should I go about requesting a transfer, or even just quitting?

I made up an excuse saying that the new store I want to transfer to was closer to my house and in turn it was easier for me to go to school too, due to the new store being on the same route as my school.
Before you transfer, you need to contact the store you are transferring to to see if they got room for you to join their team. Also, I suggest you check the google reviews for the new store you want to transfer to. It usually shows how good the store is.
You're SM can't really stop you if you want to transfer if you got a good enough reason.

Contact the store you’re transferring to, send the transfer form to your DM in an email and turn it in to your SM. They have to act one it in a time frame if they don’t then just contact your DM about it after
