I don’t see any reason why they would be. Multiple baristas (myself included), a few SSVs and my old SM all wore them. My new SM just complimented me on mine. As long as they are within the color pallet, right material, and the shirt underneath is also appropriate it shouldn’t be an issue

They are ! ( says my store manager ) but people are pointing out it may be different depending on where you are so I’d ask your shift of something to check
