When you ring them up, it doesn't say that they get LCS anymore. Are they unsweetened by default now? Our whole store is confused, including the manager. Thanks!

They are unsweetened by default now. Tell your manager to read their PPG and train their partners.

The tea standard changed with the Spring launch. They are all unsweetened now unless otherwise requested.

Yea it was in the weekly update. Your store manager should be printing those out and everyone in the store should be signing off on them weekly

Lmfao wtf is your manager doing just smoking in the back? Spring training should've happened already. Check the Spring training on the IPad. LCS is not included by default anymore but, like cold brew, will not charge extra if you add sweetener to it.
