How long does it take for Starbucks to get back with your application? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi! I applied to Starbucks last Thursday (2/25), and haven't heard anything back yet. I called the store yesterday to follow up, and the barista says that the manager reads a new batch of applications every Monday and that he'll call you if you're a "good fit". Any suggestions or advice for an interview? Thanks!

Waiting or speaking to the manager directly are your best options. Did they take your contact information?

They didn't take my contact information. The barista said the hiring manager wasn't at the store when I called.

I called every few days and asked for the SM and after calling about twice she got in touch with the DM who ended up telling me they were doing a “job fair” so basically a bunch of people had interviews all in one day. the interview was about a month after that and 2 weeks after i had training at a store that i wouldnt be working at cause my store didn’t have a trainer and a week after my training i finally got put on the schedule at my store. it was honestly a long process and wish it was shorter but in the end i got hired. the processes started about mid january. good luck!

Depends on the store. I heard back after two months.
