Does anyone ever use the creme base in the sweet cream to make an amazing foam for cold brew?

No, because I'm too busy wishing for it to go away and trying to figure out how to tell customers that the blenders are broken.

It has xanthan gum in it which is an emulsifier.. There's only one non coffee frapp base correct? I overheard there was dairy and non dairy frapp base but I only have seen the one

There’s base for coffee based fraps and one for cream based fraps. It honestly didn’t really make any difference.

I think they’re basically the same. I know I’ve made myself cream fraps with the coffee base and it doesn’t taste any different than with the cream base.
