I personally don't love the cinnamon but just the brown sugar and espresso w a lil oat milk is \*chefs kiss\*

however, pretty much every customer has loved it to standard so I would try it like that first!

Right? Keep a shaker on your bar and you don’t have to jump between cold and hot bar like with cold foam drinks. Just stay in one place like a planted position is supposed to

I get not liking strong coffee but the amount of people recommending it with caramel syrup, sweet cream cold foam, white mocha, and extra caramel drizzle like what’s the point? It literally tastes nothing like the actual drink at this point. Just get the iced white mocha with the sweet cream foam and drizzle at that point instead of butchering the shaken espresso. Like I get it probably tastes sweet and good but like. At this point it is not even close to the actual drink??

today i had a mobile order for 2 iced caramel macchiatos that were made with heavy cream, extra caramel drizzle, and vsccf🙃 it was so painful to look at and it was during peak so i didn’t even get a chance to look this monster in the eye when they picked it up

It took one day at my store for the customers to start ordering the new shaken drinks with the vanilla sweet cream cold foam. Fortunately enough they are few and far between but still... calm it down with the sweet cream

We have the older espresso machines. I can’t tell you how many times I had to fill up the blonde espresso and only having one machine waiting for 4 venti shaken espresso......lord give me strength tomorrow

We have ppl ordering these back to back during peak mostly only ventis 🥲 and of course they have started to substitute the brown sugar syrup for one pump of 4 different flavors of syrup and the sweet cream cold foam 🥲🥲

I feel you with this,we have mobile, cafe and drive thru with only one machine that can do blonde shots it’s always a disaster on bar, cause the line gets backed up and the customers keep coming to say they only have one ☝🏼drink like ok bt do u see me waiting on this machine?👁👄👁

Just curious, when you run out of the oatmilk, do you tell the customer and offer to sub it with something else, or do you just tell them "Sorry, we're out of it/out of the ingredients"?

I usually offer to sub it with any other kind of milk. Usually they’ll get almond milk or 2%. We only ever tell them we’re out of the ingredients if we’re out of the brown sugar syrup.

Our shakers got cracked so we have to use the two old ones that don’t have a trenta mark and everyone wants a trenta refresher or tea at my store. We’re also out of acai. We’re sooo lucky

Today it was oat milk for us (which isn't new and we run out of frequently, even though our order of it is probably about the same as all the other alternatives combined). I won't be surprised to see us out of blonde in a couple days though, we're burning through like there's no tomorrow.

They're listed under "core beverage recipes" in the store resources app, but I feel like we would have been told if the brown sugar syrup were a forever thing.

Not gonna lie it is the best drink I've had there. I always get a drink and put extras in it. This is the 1st drink I don't add anything to. I've had the grande and venti. And for whatever reason the grande just has a better taste. Maybe the ratios. I'm totally hooked and ill def be sad when its gone. Thank you for shaking all these, they literally are the best !!!

I saw a milkshake store that had an automatic shaker!
Like, you put the shaker on the machine and it shakes it up and down for you. Starbucks should invest in those if these kinds of drinks are the future.

That’s fair. It sucks you don’t have the correct pumps bc it makes things more difficult for training/following standards. they aren’t hard to order!
