I’d say it’s a good sign. Its probably to get to know you better or that there’s a lot of people applying. But I’ve never heard of stores doing a 2nd interview. My store manager didn’t care who applied and hired anyone who walked through the front door, so my interview was rather uneventful and my store had a lot of problems with bad hires. At least the store you applied to is taking their application process seriously, cus the kind of people you work with really determine the success and working environment of the store
