I am feeling personally attacked by this picture...because i have about 10 bags of unopened markouts that im just not drinking fast enough 😂😂
MarimBeth [OP] 28 points 2y ago
I had 20 bags of Casi Cielo I'd collected over the years stockpiled until a few months ago when I finally went through it all. My ex hubs knew company was coming when I was willing to brew it off-season. Lol

Which bean is your favorite?
E-hugs519 10 points 2y ago
Sirens blend is the best!!!
v_is_4_violet 2 points 2y ago
Oof yessss 🥴
MarimBeth [OP] 8 points 2y ago
Siren is my bux fav. But my alltime fav is by a small roastery in ME called CBD (Coffee By Design). Their "1994 Blend" has hints of Strawberries and wine <3

There was another incredible blend by Santa Mama Coffee in PA a few years ago, but it was seasonal and no longer available. Still, HIGHLY reccomend everything by them (support small business!!)

I haven’t had a chance to taste test the anniversary blend, how is it?
kobo15 12 points 2y ago
I tried it recently! It’s heavy on the cedar notes! I added a little bit of vanilla bean powder and I thought it paired really nicely!
Trumps_left_bawsack 4 points 2y ago
Personally not a fan. No one at my store seems to like it either. It's quite earthy and has a weird aftertaste imo.
packers1503 1 points 2y ago
Yes, this!! Let us know :)

Perks of Starbucks I miss were the bags of coffee, "Christmas blend" being my fave, and breakfast sausage sandwiches I'd put in the freezer at home, and live off them until I was tired of seeing one lol! The pastries I couldn't allow to be tossed in the dumpster, I donated to friends or local rehabs. I also would get tons of "Green tips" tea....gosh now I want to be a partner again, heh! XD

Automatic_Owl_7243 2 points 2y ago

CanaryRevolutionary9 2 points 2y ago
How should I prepare the anniversary blend?? I brought some home, brewed it and drank it black but it wasn’t my favorite. How could I spice it up a little? :P
MarimBeth [OP] 1 points 2y ago
How do you brew at home? I use a french press
MarimBeth [OP] 2 points 2y ago
It's VERY smooth.possibly the smoothest brew I've ever had. Definitely woody, but not too dry. I like it, but not more than Siren's blend.
