We’re a relatively small store and a regular of ours will occasionally tip us $100. We politely tell him it’s unnecessary to tip us that much but he will straight up walk away if we try to give it back to him because he’s that set on giving it to us. Even before he started doing that he’’d thank us regularly for being in the area. It’s nice when someone says thank you or anything like that to us. We might not be necessary for survival but without coffee many people would be upset and wouldn’t be able to get through the day

Sometimes I whine and B so much about nasty customers but I also have learned to be grateful for all the good and kind hearted people out there too. Appreciation notes like these lift my spirit! ❤️
