✨custom iced tea✨

This shouldn't be rung up as a water. It's a custom tea, and they need to pay full price for it.

I know others have said that this is a custom tea, but it was in the weekly notes about a month or 6 weeks ago. Not ringing these up as a custom tea can get you written up. Please don’t get in trouble for something this stupid.

I've recently looked this up. It is, indeed, still a "custom tea". Water is complimentary. Water with stuff is a beverage with a base cost. We had so many baristas argue on the floor we had to reprint the policy.

We had people try this and get pissed that they had to pay for it.

the worst thing for me is when people come through the drive through, during peak, and just want water. and wait 10 minutes in drive for said water. ridiculous.
