Am I eligible for the vaccine as a barista??? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi everyone, I work in NY state and the newest round of Covid vaccines here now apply to "restaurant workers." However, I can't find any literature on whether that applies to Starbucks employees. Anyone in NYS know? Thanks everyone.

Yes, you count as a restaurant worker. The state health department page has more in depth definitions of all these terms.

I work in a nyc store and our manager gave us a letter stating we were starbucks employees aka restaurant workers and that is what we are to show instead of a badge.
