Honestly when I did it, we mostly went over under-utilized perks. There was like a 10 minute section where we got to discuss things that we really liked, and things that we wish we could change/implement but overall my group didn’t get a lot of actual discussion time.

Under utilized perks like what? And thank you! I just want to represent because my store is the busiest in our district and my manager made it sound like a big deal and my district manager will also be in the zoom call soooo 😅😅

Yeah so it was led by my DM. First we introduced ourselves, there were maybe 10-15 baristas? I don’t remember exactly as it was a couple of weeks ago. Then my dm talked about bean stock and 401k’s and then she introduced Lyra and Headspace, both of which I found interesting. I knew they existed but I didn’t really know anything about them and this prompted me to sign up for both. Then we talked about Starbucks values and each individual store mission statement. If we wanted to, we could share one thing that we did to bring our store mission to life.

All of that took about 45-50 minutes. Then we were encouraged to talk about things that we liked about our store/team and things that could be improved. And we kicked around some suggestions on how we can improve things. Like encouraging green beans so that turn over is less and things like that. That was basically it. I haven’t talked to anyone else who has done it though, so some of them might be totally different.
