Out of curiosity does anyone know the policy on charging milk? I think it’s anything over 2 or 4 ounces you have to charge for it but I’m not if it’s changed or just gotten rid of. Had a lady come in and she lost it when I told her I would have to charge her for the breve she wanted in her iced coffee. It was a tall in a grande with no ice, iced coffee to the first line and filled up with milk.

Anything over 4 ounces. And that’s definitely more than 4 ounces.

Thank you! We didn’t end up charging her because a newbie had rung it through but we’ve had this issue with her before and she refuses to pay for it. She was one of those that would fill up the cup at the condiment bar and asks what the difference is.

Times like those I miss having it out because then we didn’t have to deal with them getting mad us. They’d cheat the system and be on their way.

I just hope I’m not there tomorrow when she comes in. With how everything is going I’m not even sure when we’ll be allowed to have our condiment bar set up again.

I was told not charge if someone just wants a splash of milk but if the drink is mostly milk then charge for it.

tbh if its an iced coffee i’ve never thought abt charging for extra milk , it only occurs to me when people want like iced triple espressos with milk to the top or coffees with steamed milk
