hi! i work at a licensed store, so i don’t know all the cool lingo of corporate starbucks, can anyone help a fellow green apron? what the heck is a DTO and such?

Thru
Order. AKA the person who is taking orders in the drive thru
CS (customer support) stocking milks,ice,beans,cups,lids,making backups,etc
Warming (oven)
CBS (cold bar support)
B1/B2 is typically hot bar

DTO is sometimes the same position as DTW, drive through window where you take payment and hand off drinks, and sometimes two different people do it depending on how busy it is and how well staffed you are
