But like why pay the extra few dollars or so instead of getting just 2 shots of espresso with the syrup and just shaking it around in the cup.

For the shaken espressos it’s 2 for tall, 3 for grande, and 4 for venti.. But couldn’t they just ask for light ice? 🤦🏻‍♀️

I mean it might have just been your drink they have us do two shakes regardless of size and the shakes of cinnamon are often inconsistent

I had a similar one with no ice today and when picking it up they asked, "where's the rest of the drink??"
I let them know they'd have a better time getting an iced oatmilk latte with brown sugar and no ice next time.

I’ve been getting people who want light ice ,but depending on the drink I still put ice then strain it so they don’t get ice. (I’m not sure if this will be helpful to anyone but it’s mainly for the BOSE/CASE and Refreshers)

We’ve actually been getting a lot of iced shaken espresso no ice, so what my manager said is to shake it and strain it. That’s what we’ve been doing. Its weird but whatever haha.

We’ve had some people order this. How do you shake it without having the shaker explode from the heat of the espresso? So you put the milk in the shaker as well and then shake?

No, I wouldn’t shake it with the milk. We’ve actually been getting a lot of these so my manger has instructed we shake it with the ice and strain it out.
