Tumbler lid fix? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hey guys!
So I just bought the 50 year acrylic tumbler and a bit ago when I was washing it, I saw that the lid is super loose. It just slides open and close on its own whenever I slightly move the cup (I would link a picture but idk how) and it’s driving me up the wall😭
I have no idea how to fix it and I was hoping someone here does? Any help is appreciated!

Sounds like the silicone gasket that seals the top when screwed on may be missing? Take it back and exchange it.
