Talk to your SM then DM. You'll be given a booklet (hopefully) called something like a Shift Supervisor perspective. It's all of the pods and skills you should master before becoming an SM. It's not 100% needed, but will make the transition so much easier and also DMs love that shit. Read it over and start deploying some of those skills, then take what you worked on to both meetings.

The Ops Excellence guide is a great place to start. I would talk to your SM and ask what they would want out of a High Potential SSV working towards that role. Ask yourself how much ownership are you taking in your role and if you can advise others to replicate that. I would highly recommend getting a Partner Development Plan in the works to present to your DM as well to get you on track. One thing I suggest is look up "job description" in the Hub. It is a great thing to keep in mind when working towards a specific position. I check it every so often to assess how I am doing too.
Now is a great time to start hammering out a PDP. Partner Development Conversations are starting the week of the 5th.
