The day has finally come! I was on bar for a few hours today and actually felt like I could handle it. Maybe it's because we weren't crazy busy like normal. But I felt like a was doing a good job of bar. I knew what most drinks were and how to make them. If I didn't know the drink and asked my fellow barista on the other bar, I understood her directions and only had to ask the one time. Guys, this is a great moment for me!
