We got our shipment before launch and the day of launch a lady came in right at 5:30 and took all 4 of the cups we had. I called a store that’s close by that’s only cafe and I called them & luckily they hadn’t received their truck & one of the baristas told me they would have the truck Thursday morning. I called the store that morning & spoke with someone and they were like there very popular and this and that so I’m just like ok thanks. I get up and go to the store and walk in and I hear HEY BRIGITTE and come to find out an ASM I use to work with is now the SM of that store and I was like was it you I spoke with this morning & she was like THAT WAS YOU and she was like let me go get you a cup!

we only got 6 and our store is SO busy i don’t understand & when i first saw these i was like oh they not all that i don’t need it lolll look at me now

we got them so early and my manager lets us “claim” cups (write our names at the bottom and keep them in the back until they launch and we can buy them) so all those cups in our store were bought before customers could even see them 🤧

i wish. i have to come at 5am when they’re still putting away the order and ask. we’re not allowed to hide ours and everyone still gets salty when i buy more than 1, they can wake up early too 😒

I kinda feel like the only people who should be able to hold them are the openers on launch day. It’s fair that everyone else has wait. At least you know you got the truck in and can be there on time in the morning. But we’re allowed to take them early, too, and I don’t feel that strongly about it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ We got 15 and between partners and customers were sold out by 8am. Then we got like one in the next shipment and it hung around for 24 hours untouched.

I sold two to one person last week. My favorite merch item is the new black lid tumbler with the black mermaid on it. It’s mine. I love it. I also bought the blue purple ombré cold cup. Two summers ago I bought the rainbow pride cold cup with flowers on it. And a glass original cold cup. A few mugs. I need to quit.
