I can't relate on a personal level, but you're doing fantastic. You've got a job and are in school, trying to better yourself. That's amazing right there. You'll figure out the best routine for yourself and it'll feel great.

I believe in you! You can do it!

Depression, anxiety, ASD, and anemia here. This blend makes it hard to have energy, then not care to fix it, then stew about the "failure".

My trick for school would be to print out every syllabus and get every assignment on a calendar. I used graph paper, one for each month. (Look up easy/simple/beginner bujo for example). Kept that in the front pocket of a clear 3ring binder. This second a teacher updates a due date I pull it out and update. That way every time I see the binder I see every upcoming assignment. It's hard to get done in a single day, but then it really reduced the struggle for the semester.

Just "making a list" was always a complete disaster for me. I needed relational context if I was to have any chance.

Oo, and on the procrastinating thing! One therapist I went to told me when I said I'd procrastinate and then ruin my schedule told me not to push the next thing back. Just rejoin the scheduled task and skip the "missed" one. Retarget on the schedule, then loop back to that procrastinated task. Then you only "messed up" one thing, instead of everything.
