Idk if it’s just the weather getting warmer or people getting complacent with COVID, but we’ve been doing over double our projected sales for almost two weeks. Also, with more sales we’ve got even more crazies! I’ve had people ask for a NCB with less nitro??? Refreshers with espresso????? Cowboy coffies????? What in the world is going on

My store is literally right across from a strip mall, and by the trax station, supercuts, hotels, AND a doctor's office. Weekends are insane. 😭😃🤚

Exactly your workload has doubled and profit is above goals and we constantly get the customer connection scores are horrible.....I can’t keep up!!

I feel like the busier we get the lower the scores. When customers weren't allowed to come into our store we we were in the 90s
