A regular came by the second we closed and i was doing 10 million things cause we were losing a barista. Im 98% sure i forgot to put the chai in her hot chai latte and i feel so bad. Respond with this with your stories to make me feel better😂 im also off for the next 2 days so i cant tell her im sorry😂

There's many times where the Chai and frap roast pumps were mixed up so anybody who ordered a Chai had a froast latte -_-

I never made mochas with mocha. I did this multiple times on multiple days. I didn’t know flat whites were ristretto and whole milk. Sometimes I forget the frap roast. I didn’t know iced teas were half water. Yeah my training wasn’t very good. I did all that stuff a lot and I still mess stuff up

Literally just did milk and espresso. I thought cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, and mochas were made all the same just different aerating times😂

It happens. I knock people’s drinks over. Had a peppermint hot chocolate fall on/in my shoe the same day I accidentally wore the wrong sneakers.

We have a really sweet regular who always orders a honey almond milk flat white and one time I gave her straight up steamed 2% on accident. I realized the second she left, but she came back and was really nice about it. Thank god. I felt so bad lol

Lol the same happened to me! Guy was like “you just gave me milk” Woops. Sometimes the old mastrenas you click the espresso button but they don’t pour.

Caramel brûlée and chestnut praline were the gosh darn same drink in my mind the first half of the holiday season. I just picked a random one when I heard the “c” of their holiday drink and for some reason I just thought this was okay?

Tbh I feel like that might be better than the other way around at least? Like the worst case scenario of giving someone decaf is that they stay a little sleepy, whereas giving someone regular espresso could like, give them heart palpitations or a panic attack or something.

Fraps with no roast

Fraps with roast but no syrup (I did this for an entire night when I first started but somehow nobody noticed)

Caramel machiattos made "upside down" (especially iced ones)

Americanos/flat whites/whatevers with standard build # of regular shots

Steaming the wrong kind of milk, catching myself, then steaming the wrong kind again

Brewing hot water instead of coffee bc I forgot the grinds (three times in one day somehow)
