Today my spirit was broken after I had to _literally take a break_ from capping this one frappuccino because my wrists were hurting from the effort. I can't imagine having to put dome lids on everything ;-; my heart goes out to you

Ah so it’s not just my store that gets fucked up lids. For some reason they fit fine on the venti cups but good luck trying to get them on a grande Frappuccino... I’m relatively new and one of the other “veteran” partners at my store kept insisting that I just put too much whip the other day and that’s why I couldn’t get them on quickly and easily. I was like no the lids are just fucked up it’s not me lol. Then when they couldn’t get the lids on themselves the following day they had to ask me to put the lids on for them and I was like???!! What happened to the too much whip theory?

I don’t think we’re going to get bendy straws. If Starbucks hopes to reduce the use of plastic they have to replace straws with something and idk what material they would use to bend let alone not disintegrate.
