Just got hired at Starbucks, already have these shoes so I’m wondering if they are appropriate to wear to work? (i.redd.it)

They're fine, but I wouldn't wear nice expensive shoes to Starbucks, they're going to get destroyed. You're better off buying an ugly $20 pair of non-slip shoes from Walmart.

I wore them for previous jobs so they already have a bit of wear on them, I’m not too worried about that! Thank you

Yes. Those shoes will work great. They will remain dry and you shall not slip. Only problem you might have is your feet might hurt a bit at the end of an 8+hour shift, but I’d rather that then slipping on a wet floor and cracking my head open.

A lot of people including myself wear docs to work, honestly if you get the leather that’s easy to wipe off it’s no biggie. Plus they look good lol

Yep. I wear a pair of 1460s myself

I wear a pair of brown timberlands (I did ask my manager first as I dont think brown is in dress code. They were approved) that look similar. Either the timbs, or a pair of black leather converse.

My point is, those should be fine!
