Technically customers have to stay in the store, outdoor seating or if they sit in their car in the parking lot to be able to get a refill. The number of refills are also limited to one then people have to purchase another drink which will include another refill. Honestly I say as long as your manager doesn’t have an issue with it you’re fine. I’m not here to tell people how to run their store because we all do things we’re not supposed.

I don’t know. My shift just told me if people stay in the parking lot it’s fine but they don’t want people taking advantage of the free refill policy. Honestly I would ask the baristas at the store you go to if they’d be willing to do it. Some people Starbucks hop where they buy an iced tea at one store then go to different ones for free refills. Technically you can only get one free refill.
